Default Aeroforce Gauge Install

I think its retarded we have to start a new thread to discuss something pertinant to an older thread. Why send people all over 3 or 4 threads when they want information on the same topic?

It'* a judgement call, Todd. Many times an old topic will come up that has older, out of date, or invalid information. At the time it was posted, it was the best we knew, but we constantly learn and evolve.

For instance, the boost bypass. It was the thing to do for quite some time until we learned the dangers. If someone were to dig up one of those old topics, they may end up doing some dangerous stuff.

I understand the reasoning behind some of it especially with older out of date threads but Paul'* post in that thread was germaine and appropriate.

There is a possibility that it will work with a 94/95. Aeroforce may not know the answer. What we need is to hook one up and see.

And as well some of us havent been here forever and havent enuff lifetime to scan and digest the enormous data base collected here. I know what Rogue is getting at. Moderating should be done with Good judgement not just for the sake of moderating. Lucky for me I came across this thread of P.Dads when I did a search for gauges because I had a round gauge for my digital air suspension control and was hard pressed as where to put it. I almost did bring it up and show pic of my application.

BTW P. Dad, it was an excellant post, and the pics helped me and gave me the confidence to pull one of my vents out

If they are not all that expensive, I would be willing to try it, but the thing that got me is the OBD connector type. Will it even fit mine?

I havent even looked at the connector yet.

I didnt post to slam moderatorating Vital, it was just a post that I found pertinent to something I used to help me with my car. To me it seems the "do not dig up old threads is just too Black and White". but I do commend the moderators here, for all the traffic and info that goes through this site, it is certainly top notch.
