Default Adjustment for driver'* restraint, 2002 Bonneville

Is there any way to adjust this? I just switched from a 1997 to a 2002, and the seatbelt is cutting into my neck. I don't see any obvious adjustment......anyone have this problem, or know a good solution?

Our seat belts are where they are due to them being mounted on the seats. Mine hits my neck depending on how I'm sitting in the seat

Thanks guys. LOL, it'* been so long since I have bought accessories for a car, and I have never had this seatbelt issue before, so I didn't even know about these things. Found one at Target today....
