I'm sure it'* fine, and the fuel lines just needed some filling, or un-sepperation.

Mine is the same way when its this cold. Just turn the key to the run position, let the fuel pump fill up the fuel lines and start er up.

Those fuel lines should not be bleeding down. If they are, then the fuel pressure regulator is not doing it'* job.

It probably is a cheap, easy fix, but use it as a bargaining chip.

For me, it would do it occasionally over the past summer (like 1-2x a week max)

and then as soon as it got cold out, it began doing it (almost) daily.

Replaced the cables, greased it all up, and it works like a champ now

Well I just got an e-mail from the dealer. He asked the former owner about the trunk and the owner said he'* never had anything happen to it. The dealer thoroughly inspected it himself too and there'* absolutely no signs of any bodywork done. He said,
"I did open the trunk and pull up the carpet on the floor and do not see any place that looks like it'* been repaired. I also checked inside the rear doors for paint lines and in the quarter panel area and also around the window moldings and I could not find anything."

Carfax shows nothing as well. Tomorrow I think I'm gonna tell the guy I'm taking it
