Default '99 SSEi - What do you guys think?

$5400, 100,400 miles.
The dealer called the previous owner for me. I talked to the former owner and he had the car since 30,000 miles and it was his wife'* daily driver. He owns a shop and did his own work on it.
Everything works on the car including moonroof, HUD, CCR/ELC. No check engine light. It was 5 degrees outside and it took him a couple times to get it started. I was outside the car and there was a single "click" for a couple separate tries until it started. I didn't get an ideal chance to really test out the acceleration though because the roads were a little snowy. The car produces boost just fine, it still feels strong and it drives nice and straight on the highway. The transmission shifts great. Trans fluid is bright pink and the oil looked good too. I couldn't feel any play in the supercharger pulley and the belts looked good. The coolant is about 1/2" low in the tank, but nothing crazy. If I get the car, I'd change the LIM gaskets shortly after anyway.
Cosmetically there are a few scratches which I took pics of. The leather on the inside has the normal wear and there'* a couple spots here and there but I'm hoping it can be cleaned relatively easily.
On to the pics:

I have to put on a front plate anyway.

That'* just water on the mat

Here are the dealer'* pics when it was actually clean!

I'm highly interested and it'* in the price range. I haven't looked at any others but there'* not too many 99'* around within this price range and mileage.
2 things worry me:
1) Took a bit to start - it was 5 degrees out and hasn't been driven regularly.
2) TC/ABS light came on, but it turned off right after starting up again.
What'* the verdict, Bonneville experts??

By the way, here'* the carfax. Can I really bargain down any more though? Everything looks pretty good and it'* WELL below blue book. All this meshes with the story I've heard. The guy told me he bought it in '01 with about 30k on it and that he'* done all his own work on it.

After looking at the carfax, this car has been serviced quite a few times for things that really shouldn't need servicing so soon. Suspension system serviced after just 12000 miles...Electrical system serviced just after 28,000...Fuel system serviced just after 30,000 miles...ummmmmm I say, see if you could find another Bonneville which has not been serviced so much. It may look good on the outside but insides may not be to good.

Only thing other than you said: why is the trunk lid a little high on the passenger side?? I see stuff like that, then later find out something happened. Maybe no big deal, but see if you can see what has happened over there. Worst case scenario is the rear quarter has been replaced along with the bumber...??..??

I'm digging the color!!!

The carfax is a tad bit concerning..... use it as a bargaining chip and see if you can get them to come down some on the price.

Good luck!

Like I mentioned, the guy owns a shop and does his own work. He said he'* never had any problems with the car except a fuel line that leaked and he replaced. I actually had the same problem a year ago.
Could the "suspension" service be something as simple as an allignment?
That trunk lid is interesting too. I didn't notice it until it was mentioned Could it be an issue with the latch? Here'* a closeup.

Overall, I have a pretty good feeling about the "character" of the dealer and the guy I talked to, whatever that'* worth.
