Yup, you definately did.

Ouch-that hurt. Your right though-clubgp'* do suck. I love clubgp (please no one flame me) they've helped me through a lot of crap. Its just .....well........boring sometimes you always see the same stuff and a lot of bickering about dumbshit!
I only have 2 problems with ClubGP. 1 their emoticons suck. 2, they fight over the stupidest things all the time, and it is just rediculous. You can't post your opinion without someone flaming you or calling you a sheep. That is why I am glad I found this forum. I visit ClubGP then this forum, but this forum is much more enjoyable because it seems on this forum the members are more mature. But you can definately tell that the ClubGP forum is a lot bigger because it is much more modern and advanced. Other than those 2 things, ClubGP is great, and there are a lot of very knowledgeable people on there that can help with almost anything. This forum is great though, and with a few more members, it could be just as good if not better than ClubGP.
Have you tried logging into www.chicagograndprix.net ? I know your from Michigan but they have a couple of out-of-towners in there. Things might be a little slow there but they are cool. I go there every once in a while asking question about my aunts car.

Lest we forget.....the SE is significantly lighter in curb weight than any other model.

With the difference in 5hp between these cars, does anyone know the difference in torque?

It probably came down to a simple matter of torque/gearing, and driver skill, but it'* also possible the Bonneville weighed slightly less than that GP.

Weird to think about, but possible.
Good thread guys. Well handled.

Ummmm...where was he running his car at? 13.99 or faster needs a helmet, 11.99 or faster needs a roll bar (and helmet), and 10.99 or faster needs a rollcage (obviously also a helmet). Some tracks rules vary a little, but not usually much.
