Default 95 Lesabre Rat chewed wires. won't start

A rat chewed some wires and now it won't turnover . i repaired all wires that i can find but now it does not turnover. I ran jumper from battery to purple solenoud wire and it turnsover but won't start.
i need to diagnose the relays to get started. What'* the best way to jump around starter enable relay.(vats) it seems like this is possible problem but it may just be something simple for right person to diagnose. help onsteps to diagnose.
