93 SSEi wont start
I put the key in the igniton but it will not budge at all, i tried wiggling the steering around to see if that would unlock the key cylinder, no luck, also the car will go into gear now without touching the brake and without the key being in the igniton. It just did this tonight when i went to start it. Whats wrong?!

You can't turn the key at all, right? Sounds like something in the linkage between the key lock cylinder and the rod that runs down the column to the ignition switch has busted. Someone may have to pull the steering wheel off for a look-see there.
The Park interlock solenoid circuit doesn't operate if the car is off, by the way (otherwise you'd never be able to get it out of Park to push the car if the battery was dead), but in this case it sounds like your problem is that the linkage in the column is goofed up somehow. Part of it is supposed to lock your console shifter as well, and from what you're telling us, it seems to be busted.
P.*. If you're planning to open up the column yourself, get a manual so you know what'* what, and you'll also need a steering-wheel puller and a lock-plate compressor in order to get down to where the broken bits may be.
