Default 90BonnevilleSE vs. 99 Honda Civic

This is the second civic I have raced and beat so far since having my bonne. Me and my girlfriend(yes I have one) were heading to the movies when we stopped at a red light. Some preppy guy in a stock civic with a loud stereo system pulled up next to me. We were on a slight incline waiting for the light. The light turned green and we were off. We were neck and neck for about 50 feet then I pass him pretty easily. Then we came on another red light but on no incline. The light turned green and I was quickly off the line and gone. I seem to have more power on a flat surface then on an incline but nonetheless when u hit the gas, the bonnie'* unbelievable passing power kicks in and your out of sight. Love the torque and raw power of these amazing cars.

Fortunately no it wasn't. I believe it was an EX. Clean civic, great shape. He was pretty confident he would take me but overall torque on my part is what killed him, his civic just couldn't match it or the horsepower.
