He was. For the second time. This was a unanimous Admin decision. He re-registered under that name. He is going to destroy any chances of ever getting back if he keeps this up, as well as suffer public embarassment over the whole ordeal.
For the time being, if he stays quiet, so will I. But when he reaches the point that his return is no longer possible, things may change.

On my old forum we had these two guys that got banned. They must have made up at least 5 other names so they could keep coming back... everytime they did the admin would add a month or something like that onto how long they were banned.
