Default 2008 Pontiac Bonneville!!!!!

It seems like I hade read something like this a while back, but I was poking around and found this little gem of info on MotorTrends site.

"2008 Pontiac Bonneville: All-new sedan built on the rear-drive Zeta platform, offered with optional V-8 engine."

Link to page: http://www.motortrend.com/future/spi...n_pontiac.html

I don't need to ask how excited we all are...but has anyone else heard of this. I was thinking about buying a G6 in the coming years, but now...

First I've heard of it and with the simple one line blurb, it sounds too good to be true.

If it is, then it will be built on the same rear wheel drive platform as the new GTO.

Me too...

I searched the net a few different ways for any other mention of a Bonneville Reserection, but to no avail.

I'm not normally a nay-sayer, but this is one I'll have to see more about before I begin believing it.
