Default 2006 Pontiac Torrent No Start

My cousin changed the cigarette lighter fuse but decided to check all the other fuses as well, the ones he coudnt get the test light on he pulled and made sure they were good before putting them back in. Now the car wont start and im not sure why. Starter relay is working, and i jumped the starter and it spins and is getting good power. When i turn the key everything electrical works, except the car wont crank...Also the keyless entry wont honk when i lock the doors now..PLease Help i need my car for work ASAP

So, when you turn the key, you get no crank?

It could be:
Bad battery
Bad solenoid
Bad ground

Also, since your cousin was shoving a test light in the fust box y'all could blown something. A lot of those circuits aren't rated for the full brunt of 12 volts.
