2004 GXP
Thinking about buying a 2004 GXP. Color is grey, has 42300 miles and very clean. Has all the goodies on it. Dealer is asking $18994. What do you guys think? Think I'm going to offer him $16900 and go from there. Any good/bad experiences from the GXP guys?
Thanks for any help

thats sounds like a good price range... 19k is about dealer value and 17k is private value.. its worth a shot... or you can try to low ball them and get it for 15 (tell them they dont even make these cars anymore) it might work... good luck!!!!

Besides the regular stuff, fog lights that burn out quick, and the ISS, most seem happy with the GXP. Are you adding a 4th car to the stable? Or is the SSEi going bye-bye?

Jim, probably adding a 4th. Can't get rid of the Aurora or Bonnie, but I'm trying to talk my wife into getting rid of the Mustang, but she loves that car. Going to look at and drive this GXP Wednesday.

I love mine.
The asking price seems pretty high for 42k miles. My GXP has had these problems (1 and 2 fixed under warranty): 1) Intermediate steering shaft; 2) fog lights: 3) backlit bulb in radio panel burned out.
It'* a pretty awesome machine. Not easy on gas, but awesome nonetheless.
