Why are they still putting series II 3800s in the new Bonnevilles when the Series III has been out long enough now to replace the series II. Seems to me if I were to order a brand new Bonneville today I would only have a choice of the series II :? Also I see that the SSEI is no more.

it could be that they are testing the series III on the GP and will put it in more cars in the fleet next year? Thats my guess. Its a very different engine, and it would be easier to fix problems on 20,000 cars than 100,000 cars. (I dont know the real figures, just an example).
