thats a great deal.. i paid 4400 for mine, but have since put in a $450 motor and $1200 transmission...

check ALL the fluids, you have no worries with the intake failure, you have a SC instead... traction control is not a normal thing to go bad.. as long as no dash lights are on.. you are ok... paint bubbling is normal, use it to your advantage if you wanna talk them down... get pics.. and if possible have a local mechanic take a look at it on your next test drive

you have NOTHING to be worried about... this was an X-race car.. #3 fastest bonneville in the world... along with mods come trouble... you stock car will perform nicely and reliably

well id have to say is sounds like a good car and deffinaly an improvement over what your driving now. the problem with the hod is very common, But like Haro said you can use that to your advantage if you willing to pay $7000 then offer $6500 and bargan with the guy, its not like hes going to say "well your a dick so $10,000 or leave it"

So I would say jump all over it !!!

You guys got me all excited now,I think Ill call in the morning, I read up 2000 up threads and might be paranoid but I think I remmeber feeling small clicking in steering wheel when turning (very slight) this could be intermediate shaft ,no? Is it a worry?

Okay told them 7000 with safety , if everything is ok after safety,but there is a stability code on the dash display that says ext 54 does anyone know what this means?

So that was just outside temp what about it saying something about" stability " on the display, he was up front about it ,he wasnt hiding it but we both didnt know what it meant.The car was trying to say something with stability is wrong.
