I prefer the looks of the body style of my '99. To me it just strikes that "muscle car" look.

The cockpit of the 00 is definately much smaller than the 92-99. I can put the seat back all the way in our 2000 and it'* still not really that far back. I could move it further if it were possible and still be comfortable. Rear leg room is greatly dimished compared to the 92-99 as well. Lets not even mention how horrible the seats are.. My back aches everytime I've driven the SSEi or SLE for any extended period of time. If I were to get a 2000+ Bonneville it woudl HAVE to be a 2003-2005. They got the upgraded seats which are a LOT better than the 2000-2002'*.

yeah, the seats in the 03-05 are the seats the Aurora used from 2001-2003. After the Aurroa was discontinued the Bonneville used the seats. The 2000-2002 Bonneville seats had the open headrest and perforated leather. The 2003+ seats are solid leather.

(my aurora seats.. should look identical to your seats minus the color maybe.)

The Aurora seats are much stiffer thant he Bonneville seats, but, atleast they have much better back and leg support. I can't stand the seats in the 00-02 Bonnevilles..
