You just multipy the toque by the tranny gear ratio, then multiply that number by the axle ratio.

Yeah ok thanks mikey, It makes more sense since I know how you got the numbers.

We wouldn't be talking about a certain white 93 SLE with white neon would we?? 1993SLE.

Peace,

Tim

24%!?!?! The trannies mated to the 3.5 that has the engine mounted like a RWD even though its fwd lose somewhere in the 30% range. Someone told me what it was before, and I know it was a lot more than 24%...

Yes, You are correct dbtk2. The Chrysler 300M'*, Concordes, LHS'*, and Intrepids all had engines and trannies mounted like they were rear wheel drive, therefore lost close to 29% driveline loss. Chrysler trannies are not all the bad either though, anything 98+ are known to blow $30 sensors that you can replace yourself, the older ones I would be worried about though, they break all the time! BTW, a 300M Special only has 255 HP and only 258 Lb/ft. of torque. Of course a SSEi is going to beat it!! With 29% drivline loss on the 300M and the Bonnevilles 22+lb/ft. torque difference, + a supercharger, I would hope a SSEi would beat a 300M, I would be worried if it didn't (Also a influence on my last buying decision between the Bonneville and the 02' 300M Special Edition! Although with the problems that I have been having, I would rather have the Chrysler now! O Well!)

After driveline loss that puts the 300M Special at 181whp & 183wtq., whereas the SSEi is at 192whp & 224wtq. (and L67'* put down a lot more torque than that to the tires)
