Default 1992 ssei vs 2002 impala

of course the ssei has another win in her column...my friends got a 01 or 02 impala and thought he could take me...my car was running really bad at that time i can imagine what it would be like now...but we started off and everytime we started we raced like 3 times...i smoked his ***....and the third time i only put the boost to 2.5....lol...go ssei....

Good kill. The Impalas look nice but there is something to be said for raw power under the hood!!!!

Impala is a nice car, but it needs more than that 3400.

Default HOW COME

How come, everyone who posts a kill story always has to include some kindof mechanical problem that their is supposedly suffering from at the time of this race. And they say that they have so much pedal left. If any of it is actually true, why don't you people maintain your cars..?

Just a curious thought, i'm starting to wonder..

Bill, the new Impalas will have the 3800, I thought they were still 3.1...er maybe 3.4.

Tell ya what bud, get that supercharger back to optimal levels and tune your engine up...THEN race him.

Will be a pathetic kill.

There is one of 2 impalas I would ever drive. My friends 64 Impala. Or a 1995 Impala SS with the LS1 engine in it...

We considered buying a new Impala before we found the 2000 SSEi. In my oppinion the Impala is a very strong car. (not engine wise, but everywhere else.) It is a very solid car, or atleast it felt like it.. I had one for my driver'* training course when I was in driver'* ed 3 years ago.. it was a nice car but pretty slow. Ours only had the 3400 in it and it didn't have very good highway merging power to it. Although it only had 12 miles on it when I drove it so that might of had something to do with it.
