Hi I have a 1992 sse and I was wondering if a climate control module from a 1994 sse would be compatible.

NO!

Absolutely not. You would need to do a full swap, including the HVAC controller, which requires the entire dash to be removed from the car.

You need a unit from a 92/93 ONLY. SSE/SSEi.

What are your symptoms?

1994 WILL work in a 92, as i did that swap to have dimming on the control unit when i replaced my radio. 95 is when the "mode" button was added.

Thanks for the feedback. I need to swap out the module that is pictured above in the previous post.. The buttons on the unit do not respond and it is stuck on a low setting. I found one online and hopefully this will fix the problem.

Correct, with custom wiring for a different purpose.

The topic author is looking for a replacement part. In that case, the 92/93 are the only options.
