Default *THE CORRECT* Lubrication for the doors, latches & windo

I am wondering. I have used a variety of items on all my cars but but they never seem to last.

What grease should be used on the doors?

What grease or oil should be used to lubricate the door latching assemblies?

Finally if you have the door panels off what and where should you use to lubricate the window tracks and moving parts properly?

I use white lithium in the door and silicone in the rubber.

Wipe your rubber door seals with silicone, too. It repels water, and prevents your door seals from freezing shut in the winter Keeps them soft and supple so they seal better the rest of the year.

I like that, does it leave any real residue or cause you to get blackened if you lean up against it?

Sounds sexy, lol. I've used silicone spray lubricant on my door hinges with good success.
