There'* a chance it'* a supercharger-to-lower intake manifold O-ring leak, too. Have had that before and it let coolant into the cylinders and the crankcase.
Best test I know of would be to use the hose that comes with a compression test gauge attached to an air compressor. Put a cylinder at top dead center, hold it there, and apply air. Do this for each cylinder. A bad head gasket "SHOULD" give air bubbles in the coolant tank and/or radiator.

Yeah, highly doubtful on the whole head gasket thing. Most people just assume anything is a head gasket if they don't know anything about engines.

It says make offer. Show him $500 in cash and he'll probably do it. People act different when they see green vs. just a check or something.
And so if it leaks, or whatever is wrong with it, tear the top end of the motor apart yourself and take it to the machine shop to be decked and/or milled. I used to do that for a living and it doesn't cost much. You should be able to get that thing running fine for less than $1000 total investment. Instant new toy, on the cheap.
