I say leave it up to them individually to as if they want the status or not. If they do, great, but they also have car'* themselves and may want to be recognized as a driver vs. a vendor in some situations.

Just a thought, but like I said, if they like it, I like it.

Well rat doesn't have a BOnnie anymore, but he is a mechanic, and is a vendor.

Ty posts about products and ideas, and i think both would like this a lot.

I agree with Gordy that if they don't want to have that label they can waive it. I also think that any ol' boob saying he'* a vendor shouldnt get that status. For example Ty has been a member for a good long while with a good reputation of providing products and ideas, if he wants to have Vendor as his member status
But then there'* people like the Floz poohead that just provide crap. Sure he'* a vendor but not one that would reflect positively on this site.

More of 25 cents.

I'll agree to what ever the Majority wants (But secretly perfer the new "Vendor" status better ). Yes I'm an Ex-Bonneville Owner, But I do still work on them; Sell parts for them; as well as Offer any GM Assistance where I can too.
I think this would be a great idea for others like Hector (ADTR) & Pulymkr (Pulley Boys) too.

Agreed that only Authorized Vendors should have this status in any case though.
"Authorized" >> Been approved as an actual Vendor (With Business License) & recoginized/approved by the Moderators & Administrators of this Club too.
Here'* my Business License!

The Rat has a point. Authorized vendors. Although, I'm not sure what kind of authorization should be necessary. I'll leave that up to the yellow holes, I mean Gold Stars. I always get those mixed up!

With the "launching" of these new Ranks....I think the Mods & Admins should re-consider this thread & initiate the "VENDOR" rank after all.
