Recognizing vendors

I say leave it up to them individually to as if they want the status or not. If they do, great, but they also have car'* themselves and may want to be recognized as a driver vs. a vendor in some situations.
Just a thought, but like I said, if they like it, I like it.

I agree with Gordy that if they don't want to have that label they can waive it. I also think that any ol' boob saying he'* a vendor shouldnt get that status. For example Ty has been a member for a good long while with a good reputation of providing products and ideas, if he wants to have Vendor as his member status 
But then there'* people like the Floz poohead that just provide crap. Sure he'* a vendor but not one that would reflect positively on this site.

The Rat has a point. Authorized vendors. Although, I'm not sure what kind of authorization should be necessary. I'll leave that up to the yellow holes, I mean Gold Stars. I always get those mixed up!
