what mods to put a 2.00" pulley?

to be honest, the stock tubing is great. its mandrel bent 2 1/2" stainless . i just had a dynomax hi flow cat installed in place of the old cat and the had a F body flowmaster installed and just made new tail pipes for it. with a short ram, definitly build or get a cold air box. also go to a colder plug because you will run it lean at top end. i will be trying a mini afc from zzp this weekend. you can richen it up there too.

thanks, i just have a question for you Jeffery, should I get more performance things first? (Like MSD ignition, plugs, wires, chip, injectors, shift kit, etc.) or should i be fine with the few mods i have right now? it looks like you've done it already thats why i'm asking you

93, for the pulley, the only mods I'd say to ABSOLUTELY do first is the intake and exhaust. If you don't, you're not getting the performance (boost) increase you wanted. Also, a 2.00" pulley is a bit extreme, even for the 92/93 SC models. You're really getting into the inefficient heat-loss zone, and seriously stressing your blower. Pulley Boys dropped their 2" pulley for that reason. Stick with the 2.2".......mine is finally on the way.
Ideally, you want to at least do a full tune-up, then intake and exhaust, then the pulley and/or chip. These are the big bolt-ons for the best performance increase.
Read the suggested mods up in the Techinfo section. There'* a big article that a bunch of guys had input on.

you might not want the chip right away, the chips actually advance timing and in return with the increased boost, you cause knock retard, which will kill your performance. im aiding the sc heat problem a little with my water/alcohol injection. only under boost, it sprays a fine mist of a mixture of water and alcohol into the tb through a NOS dogger nozzle with a .016" jet in it. it took me some time to get it working right but i tried it at the track with and without it on and it took .20 sec of my back to back runs.
wil is definitly right about the intake and exhaust work.if you want more boost or airflow, it needs to breath better.
