Are you ready for a kick in the head? The vibration, the annoying sound coming from what I thought was the engine compartment was actually a loose upper windshield molding. After that was addressed, somehow everything returned to normal. Apparently, I was imagining bad boost, because my boost is now perfect. Also, had a high flow cat installed.

I appreciate all the time and effort that you guys provided while helping to solve my problem. I will look to the forums for more help in the future.
