supercharger not working?

supercharger not working?
My boost gauge only goes up a little past halfway when car is warm and and I am not getting that supercharger surge in power. When car is cold everything works fine until it heats up to normal operating temperature. My service engine soon light also comes on but does not stay on. This is on a 1993 ssei w/112k miles
