What oil did you put in the supercharger? How full did you fill it?
Sounds like you need a coupler. You'll need more oil (again), and some red GM gasket maker.
The coupler and oil can be ordered from:
www.rollingperformance.com
www.INTENSE-racing.com
www.zzperformance.com
The gasket maker can be purchased from the dealer. Tell 'em it'* the red gasket maker in the red tube. Get the small tube, not the big one.
You'll be able to do this in under an hour. You'll need to remove the belt, set it aside, and take out eight 10mm bolts (9 maybe?). Catch all the oil when you break it loose, or suck it out first.
Pull the old coupler out, put the new one in. Use the red gasket maker to make a small bead around the mating surface, and around each bolt hole. Put it together, and torque to 18ft/lbs on each fastener, criss-crossing star pattern just like lugnuts.
I have no plans to be in McMinnville over spring break. I live in Corvallis. And I work, I'm not a student that gets the week off.
