There are other options too. Like cutting the fuel rail and flaring in some extensions ro I believe one of the big 3800 stores (don't remember which) sells fuel injector extenders to go with thier IC.
Cutting and flaring the existing rail to add extensions would be a PITA, and problly never the the right lengths and seals..
Actually it isn't hard at all to flare lines. Only problem on the S1 is that the lines are two diff. sizes. (who cares)?

Fuel rails would not really work for a S1 (like I said before) - The problem is not the rail - it is the angle the injectors are at. If you look at a S2 they inject straight into the head. On a S1 they are at two diff. angles. This actually makes the top of the injector sit over the supercharger.
Only way you could get fuel rails to work is to create injector spacers letting you to change the injector angle. Only problem is that the factory injector geometry would be off which would/could lead to major problems.

Other then that they look great Foghorn (very ZZP gen 2 ish). So there are two in the picture, what is the other one going on?

I disagree on the fact that you didn't state the thickness of the intercooler What you said may be true for a thick plate, but not for a thin one.

An N/A intercooler would KILL your flow, and smoothness.

Nice setup. Looks like a nice custom piece.

No matter what, great idea and looks great as well.

Overcome the minor problems and start mass producing for the group. Some of us want all the power we can get.
