Default Sealed bearings or not?

I found a local place that stocks the bearings. Should I get the sealed ones or not? Also, what is part # 1 - 7965 CR? Where does it go? I assume these 2 bearings are for the shafts that the gears are mounted too. What about the bearing on the snout where the pulley is?

Thanks again

I took it apart today and pressed in new ones...the bearings are open.
