Thanks for the help! I am gonna go ahead and get the ZZ coupler too. Will this Eaton rebuild kit work for the M62?

Sounds like the right bearings and stuff. The m62 and M90 are similar SC'*. I beleive the main difference is the length ot the rotors and the lenghts of the nose cones.

M90 kit. It'll do fine. You also need a few other goodies. Read the top three posts in Forced Induction. Prime opportunity to replace your fuel injector O-rings, clean your TB (so get the TB gasket now), and you also need the coolant bypass o-rings (yellow) and a SC outlet gasket.

You CANNOT remove the nosedrive in a practical way without first removing the SC.

Do they carry the couplers as well? I just tried calling ZZ Performace and there was a recording saying the number has been disconnected.

I believe Rolling Performance has the couplers in stock. They use the ZZP coupler. If not, you can order it online from www.zzperformance.com

Beware of Ebay couplers.
