hey has anybody ever changed the oil in their sseis?? i was gonna do it just because i want to make sure all is good in my bonnie..see i just got the car and i am going through all the maint. issues that i can find. anyways, let me know if i even need to bother, and if i do....whats an easy/effective way to get it done.

Lots of people do. You''ll need a syringe to get the stuff out. And plan on a few extra bottles so you can flush it once to get it real clean. On mine, the oil plug is a 4.5mm allen.

It'* very easy to do, and it will ensure a long lasting */C. Just a warning though, */C oil smells something fierce. Also do not fill over the level of the threads of the plug.

Yup. Do it cold. Drain as much as you can, and use something like rubbing alcohol to flush it out (if your'e going to crack it open anyway). It won't be as bad. Then use brake cleaner to kill the smell that'* left after you open it.
