Default Oil gauge/DIC change oil now question.

1st question: What should my oil pressure gauge be sitting at? It'* always hovering a bit over 40 while driving and when I stop it drops to just uner 40. Is that bad or is it alright?

2nd question: I just changed my oil the other day but my DIC keeps saying change oil soon and says its 10% good. I tried resetting it, but it didnt work. Any idea'*??

For the DIC problem did you have the oil life remaining display up and press the reset button for 10 seconds?

I held in the reset button, but I'm not sure if it was 10+1 seconds so I'll try it when I go to leave for work and see if it works.

Let us know because we now have 2 cases of DIC failure. Typically you will not be able to reset any screens back to zero. This may indicate a DIC failure.
