For the Series 1, a standard 3-jaw puller will do. If it'* not short enough, you'll have to remove your coolant reservior.

If you don't know you fuel pressure, and you don't have a scantool, go with the 2.3".

If you know your fuel pressure, and you have a scantool, go with the 2.2" after you do the intake and exhaust, then scan.

The 92'* are particularly vulnerable to running lean under boost if you are in a turn. At least until you upgrade youre strainer on the fuel pump.

Make sure that along with that pulley you have a good intake and a 180* thermo installed
