Default Porting and Polishing

I checked the Tech info page and it had a nice link that led me to nothing. I tried searching other pages but nothing with good pictures to show the basics of what needs to be done. I have never messed with this myself just paid someone else to do it. Im married now and budget does not allow me to pay someone else what kind of tools/skills are involved.

Any information would be appreciated.

I remembered posting one myself.

http://www.bonnevilleclub.com/forum/...ight=polishing

Search out porting/polishing and there'* lots of other great posts. (Especially look for author WillWren).

Overall.. don't push down too hard with the dremel tool or it'll make a pop sound then smoke up the place. (Standard dremel death) And go slow...you can always take more material off... adding it back would be a problem.

If you are handy and follow the lead of the Bill'*, you should be fine.

With the proper warning that if you've never done work like this in the past, think hard before trying.

I removed the tech link because 3 superchargers were butchered up a bit on this Forum. I'm indirectly responsible for that.

If you were not doing the actual work you can not claim any fault at all.
