Absorb all those ideas and wait until the snow flies to GET DOWN and DIRTY.

Until then I'm still enjoying burning up the streets. YeEeEeEeEe...HaAaAaAaAa

...No rain and dry roads here since June and no end in sight so no way I'm taking any downtime just yet.

Tonight is the plan.

I cleaned up the outside of the casing because Handrumman made me. I found the same as Haro.. no paint.. only oxidized aluminum case. It'* possible Eaton didn't paint these unless they rebuilt them.

Maybe it was good that you didn't have the SC oil. It gave you a chance to step back for a bit and refocus. Plus you cleaned up the case outside. Now, you're all charged and ready to go this evening.

Good pics. Post some more...

Thats odd.. My M90 has the white thermal paint that my M62 had ? And I don't think this supercharger was rebuilt after I changed the coupler and saw how little oil the system had.

Tough to say about the painting..I've got 3 cases here..only 1 is painted.

It'* on 2.5 hours start to finish. That included rounding a bolt for the nosedrive and using my purchased but never previously used bolt extractors. Wow..love those babies..

Took it out for a run. Only 20 miles..all highway. Doubt the pcm adjusted, think I felt more..buuuuuuttt it'* raining.

Dropped the 3.2 pulley on it. Feels like it has more, the tires are at a loss for traction. Still raining. KR at WOT started out around 4-8 and quickly worked it'* way down to 1-4 in under 15 miles. Too rainy to test much.
