I have some other mods that also help.
Ported exhaust manifolds
Smooth wall tubing instead of accordian tube
Peeeeeeeerfect flow matched injectors
Ported TB (aka shaved throttle shaft) Might get polished when it'* off.
High flow cat
Other items
Fresh fuel pump and filter
1 year old LIM gaskets
New waterpump
All new pullies
Fresh muffler

Ohhhhhhh boy.
Ok.. just got the bearings out of the casing. Much harder than Wren had mentioned...off to check his post to see if he had the same issues I did.

Who is ready for reasonable sized pics?
I looked over Bill'* M62 pics. The M90 looks to be more of a challenge.
Let'* review...
The location of the holes on the M62 are evenly distributed away from the sidewall areas. Bill W'* pic
The M90 has one hole that is nearly part of that sidewall (Grease in holes)
An NPT tap is about 2 inches in length. The distance to the bottom of the SC is about 2 inches. The tap is hardly in the hole. It was a challenge. I will not say how I pulled it off because I can not suggest others follow the method.
The last challenge was not finding a NPT grease fitting at 1/8". I happened to notice that the standard grease gun hose thread size was 1/8" NPT
one thing was on my side.
Now for fun... 4 inch pipe to stick out enough.

I used the same procedure and didn't have difficulty. I'm merely saying.. there'* no room for error up against the side casing.
Hit a snag. Was in the process of reassembling all the parts on the polished SC and realized I forgot something. The two bottles of SC oil that I keep on hand were used to change the oil before I went to Oregon.
Forgot I used them... new sc won't go on this weekend.
