I know there is a difference in the inlet design work. I know generally what it is, but need confirmation on the inlet relationship to the bypass.

I believe there is more gain in performance for the GenV in the inlet port than the rotor clearances.

Bill, the transition from the bypass to the compressor chamber is exactly what I was thinking.

After we talked last night, Bill, I went out and polished my supercharger too. Then I took it out and it had a TON more power.....and then the alarm went off and I woke up....

Amazing Excellent work.

I assume we will be getting a report on "before and after" changes (at least with the butt dyno)?

Last night with Lash on the cell phone..

2 cans of brake cleaner
1 TB gasket
1 SC to intake w/ O rings gasket

$13 out the door with gaskets arriving today.

I still need to drill/tap and remove the needle bearings then press the new ones back in to the casing. After that.. clean and reinstall the waste gate.

Yeah, he gets all that stuff for less than most of us would have to pay for the SC gasket set alone.

Nice work Bill.

Before and after dyno runs would be interesting.
When do we find out how small you can go with the pulley?

Cough (3.2") sitting in my case for pullies and the puller.

5 allen screws and er uh.. we find out.. (although I will need oversized tensioner or smaller belt to do that.)

Porting/smoothing the outlet alone may make enough difference for a tenth of an inch diameter drop on the pulley.

The inlet work may be good for another (without KR).

Bill will know shortly.

I'm convinced my SC porting and polishing is one of the primary reasons (besides the ported LIM and EM'*) that I was able to go so small in pulley size on a Gen3.
