Sometimes oiling the BCA, both the shaft and seal, and injecting it into each vacuum port can 'refresh it. You can also use a penetrating lubricant on the bushings for the pivot shaft for the boost bypass butterfly.

I think it was carboned up. It'* working pretty much perfectly now. I worked the heck out of that assembly and it stopped sticking. Thanks all for your help! She'* quite fast now!
