First two pics show the depth of the FRONT bearing depth before the snout seal is put in.

The second two show the depth of the 3-pin PLATE face, not the end of the pins. These two bearings are push-me-pull-you. If you press one, it'll try to press out the other. If you don't understand what I'm explaining, ask me. When you press the top, you have to rest on the pin plate, not the bottom of the nosedrive.

You have to press all the bearings out of the nosedrive and off the shaft. I have too many instructions and pictures to even show you. In other words, you NEED someone that'* done similar work to help you figure that out.

Reassembly in BASIC terms is this:

In that order, then go back and compare to your original measurements shown in the first four pics I posted.

This is the technique for pressing at the final step in order to press the bearings TOWARDS each other:

OI! What did I get myself into? Maybe I just need to try it myself and hope for the best. I know I can do it, i just always get a feeling of "Oh boy, am I gonna F this up?" It looks to be pretty straightforward. Now to go out to measure the depths.

I took down some of the information on my supercharger pages for this reason. This isn't something you can attempt from looking at pics and reading. It'* something to do for the person who is already experienced in rebuilding things like this, pressing bearings and seals, etc.

I don't want to be even remotely responsible for people screwing up expensive superchargers. Sometimes too much information can be a bad thing.

Same bearings, seals, and coupler. The only difference is the length of the input shaft. Same techniques apply as the M90.
