fender wall intake, or cold air intake, pcm is the computer that runs the engine, smaller pulley

97 up to 99 are series 2 engines that have reprogrammable pcm'* that are inexpensive. Check out www.intense-racing.com

make sure you familierize your self with KR though or knock retard as if you go too small with the pulley this can become a problem and actually reverse the effect you are trying to accomplish.

Therefore the smaller the pulley the more supporting mods you will need to make everything work efficiently.

Now, being modest with the numbers. I suppose it varys between cars.

FWI = 5-12HP
Price: 30 bucks to 200 bucks. Depends on if your creative or just want a kit

PCM = Electronic gains to help supporting mods to the car via the computer
Price: 100 - 230 bucks depending on an Intense PCM or a DHP 1.0 PCM

3.4 Modular Pulley System[Stock size on yours is 3.8 ironically] = 10 - 25hp[varies]
Price: 129ish Plus shipping
