It'* a phenolic spacer for the SC. Not as good as an intercooler, but if it works...

It might help a little, but you aren't going to see more than 5hp, maybe 10hp tops out of it. Why not just spend $1000 and get an Intercooler if you are going to go through the work of installing that anyways. Yeah, its not as cheap, but MUCH MUCH MUCH more effective.
