Low Boost
I had uploaded those to the general 2000 - 2005 area of the GH account. Let me know if there is another spot you feel better suited.
A couple of caveats from my picture. The upper BCA hose, and the plugged off fitting are not original. The original hose was like the bottom one, but they split at the multi-port vacuum fitting. The same for the plugged off fitting. I "over-killed" it with rubber fuel line, and plugged off the port with that and some JB Kwik at the end.

Follow the advice above, and you will find the issue.
I did want to add just for reference, that on my '97, I had the situation where I had 3-5 lbs of boost, max (ran my one and only 16.0X at the dragstrip with it
) and replacing the BCS fixed me back up. So, for whatever reason, I was getting some amount of boost with a solenoid that was either failed or failing. I suppose it could have been a vaccum leak, as I replaced the vac lines at the BCA/BCS at the same time as the solenoid, though, but I am pretty sure I repalced the lines first with no improvement. (of course, I could be totally wrong or senile)
