I have to R/R the SC on my '94, Any suggestions on probs to look out for. Special tools and or adjustments that are needed and torques.

Here is a coupler replacement "How To" I did on my 93. It should help a lot. You can also check the Techinfo section, there is a lot of info there and there is also a "Sticky" at the top of the Forced Induction forum with a gob of info.

All the torques are in Techinfo, Ken'* page will help alot. I have an old thread here with SC teardown with pics or something like that. Here are some other helpful links:

This procedure is basically (and almost totally) the same for both the M62 and M90. All you need is sockets, ratchet, and torque wrench. Nothing more special than that.
