getting smaller pulley what belt would i need
Not sure if a smaller belt would be needed? I asked the same question, turns out there is a larger tensioner pulley available that should be able to take up most of the slack (not 100% though). but before a smaller pulley i would say to go with an intake of some kind and open up the exhaust a bit, no sence of trying to feed it extra air if it cant pull it in or push it out. Just my 2 cents.

Autozone will probably have one of them in stock, and order the other for you. The 2.2" pulley upgrade on a 92/93 almost REQUIRES the ZZP oversized idler pulley in order to get enough belt wrap around the smaller pulley. It also allows you to keep the stock belt length, which is nice if you have to replace one in a year or two and can't remember the size.
The idler is available at www.zzperformance.com and is confirmed to fit our cars (by me
