Yes,I could have it completely apart by now.
Just one little problem.

Tomorrow at 6 AM i will have to move car on the side of street where I will not get a ticket for violation of alternate side street cleaning rules. Monday cleaning is from 3Am to 6 AM. Wednesday is Ok. I will move it on Monday side of the street.
Thursday and Friday rules suspended due to holiday so I'm off the hook untill next Monday. It'* PITA without garage here.

Did I miss something ?:

1. Manifold gaskets.
2. SC gasket with o-rings.
3. TB gasket.
4. Coolant bypass fitting.
5.SC oil.
6. SC coupler.
7. Gasket maker (red one).
8. Fuel injector o-rings
9.180 termostat with gasket (optional)

The list looks pretty complete, assuming the nosedrive you get is good. I take it you've ordered the coupler already? Coolant? And don't forget an oil change in about 50 miles. You WILL get coolant and debris in your lifter valley.

Right. Dab as much out with a dry towel/shopvac as you can.

If you need that nosedrive from me, I'll put on the proper pulley for you. That will be one less headache for you to worry about.

you dont have to take the tb off. but for the cost of the gasket, i would suggest you do, and clean the tb. otherwise, you can just leave it.

remember to drain the coolant level, that will minimize the coolant the gets in your oil.

I did remove and clean throttle body a week ago and put new gasket so I guess I will leave it on SC.
