Turn the rotors around. 
Like I stated above, and many members here know from experience:
Brake and Carb cleaner are BAD NEWS on SC rotors.
While our views may differ from yours on that score, we will continue to preach what we know from experience.

The rotors look the same on the other side, there is NO BARE ALUMINUM as you have stated over and over.
I know bare aluminum when I see it, at least give me that.
The brake cleaner I used is also citrius based, and I KNOW FOR A FACT I DID NOT REMOVE ANY OF THE COATING.

Here is a couple of personal jobs I did myself on OKK CNC .
The 29 is made of high grade aluminum and the original six hockey placks are from wood shelfs found in the tunnels in a now demolished GM plant.

Here'* what mine looked like. It'* obvious where the coating loss is.

In that first pic it sure looks like coating loss. I really didn't notice any loss in performance even though I couldn't get more than 11 psi of boost.
