There isn't really more stuff in the way, just different stuff. Just look at what is in the way and move it. IIRC the AC line needs to be held off to the side a little for the tool to clear, but it can be done without removing much, it just takes some patience.

I had to move the coolant res and took my time around the ac lines, you'll be fine.

btw now that the sc will be spinning faster might be a good time to change the sc fluid?

Got it done.....pulled the coolant reservoir out and worked around the a/c lines. Today the FWI is on the menu.

I put on my 3.4" pulley today as well. Yesterday I dropped in a new 180 thermostat.

How did your car perform after your pulley change?

Good to hear

The fwi is a snap too, add some silicone to the base of the pcm tray before using the self tapping screws. Mine came loose after a few miles

Ok....had some fun this weekend and all I can say is I'm happy to have the power and SC whine back again!

3.4 pulley (ZZP MPS), FWI, 180 stat, Autolite 104'*, AFC 2.0

Car pulls nice, around 2-3*KR (same as I saw stock BTW) so I'm happy. Rockers are waiting to go in, maybe next weekend. That should take care of those couple degrees of knock.

(oops, better go change my sig now )
