Please Help Still have no lights and wipers and horn and windows and locks

The BCM consists of three modules: Dash Integration Module (DIM), Instrument Panel Module (IPM) and the Rear Integration Module (RIM).

I would check the DIM. It'* locate behind the instrument cluster, above the left dash sound insulator. Battery voltage to the DIM is provided from the rear fuse block. The module is wired to ground.
