Default weird electrial problem

the car 1988 buick lesabre ttype

All at once i lost my headlight warning chimes my dash lights and the climate control lights. the "key in ignition" chime still works. I switched gauge clusters and thats not the problem. I checked the DS fuses not the ones behind the glove box yet. I checked both light switches (dimmer and headlamp/parking light) and thats not the problem. there is one bulb burned out in the cluster but that was like that before all this happened.

Does anybody know the problem could be? i am getting really fed up with not have my cluster'* backlights

Sounds more like a common ground issue with the multiple failures?

Do you have a service manual for the Buick?
