Default twilight sentinal makes lights flicker

Has anybody had this problem with there twilights? I have a 95' and a 98 Bonneville that both do the same thing once in a while. When I go to adjust the time on the sentinal the headlights and the dash lights only, will flicker off and on. Happens more on the 95' SSE, and does it more when the weather is cold. Do you think this could be the begining of a bad ground or the sentinal it self?
Thanks for your help.-Toddster

The 95 I can understand as we've seen 3 switches and connectors fail this year alone. The 98??? hmmm how often do you adjust it.

Although I've never paid attention when adjusting mine.

On the 98' I adjust it maybe twice a week, depending on the situation I’m in. Just moved to a new place that the garage is very long and no light switch by door, so I use the sentinel to give me time to get to the door before the lights go off. My 95' does this every other time my wife and I adjust the time. I knowtice to that when this happens the relay is opening and closing very fast as well.-Toddster

I've got a 95 and 97 I can test out tonight. Although my first impression is, that if both are doing it the same...things are normal.
