Doing this when you first start the car for the day is normal. It'* topping off the battery.

yeah mine gets a little high sometimes, but usually only when i first start up, seems normal to me, and then it sits about at the half mark and stays there while i am driving. But i would never buy some crappy wallyworld battery...if I were gonna buy a battery i would buy an optima or another of what i have now, an interstate...that is an amazing battery...i left the lights on before for 12 hours and the car still started. Doubt you could say that about a wallyworld battery...

Do you have any idea what company makes that Wally World battery? Been through a couple of interstate batteries BTW and had problems with them... My neighbor just puked an interstate battery too...

On another note...

What do all of these Batteries have in Common?
EverStart Maxx / EverStart
Duralast
Prostart
Energizer
Die Hard
Eveready
Motorcraft
Mazda
Mitsubishi
Honda
Optima
All made by the same company. Why pay more for one name vs the other!
