Some people install toggle switches when the cooling fan sensor stops working. They flip the switch when keeping an eye on the temp gauge.
I wonder if that is what it was intended for, and something went wrong during the installation?
Does your cooling fan kick on??

Temp gauge is fine I have taken this baby on a road trip 4 hours one way and 4 hours back and through steep mountain highway of crowsnest pass B.C. Canada at 200 kms per hour straight aways and the temp was no problem I dont think it is that but thanks for asking I appreciate that.... I flipped the toggle switch while driving down the highway and drove for 25 miles or so and only dashboard gauges that worked while I did this was the speedo and rpm gauges all others and climate control and radio driver Information fuel all were frozen and not operatingand when I flipped back after the drive all gauges came back norrmal and mileage recorded the trip normally so it doesnt effect mileage counter.
